This report presents a comprehensive analysis of 12 years of evolution in traditional mechanized olive growing in the province of Jaén, highlighting the impact of new technologies and the TAVÁN program on the improvement of olive production and sustainability. Through this study, the influence of climatic conditions and innovative solutions on the profitability of the sector is observed.
